Add water to the grits mix, water to the grit mix, water to the gravy mix, saute your shrimp, throw it all together and you've got a fantastic meal for four! Delicious with fish and scallops too. Seafood not your style? Try it with sausage instead. For creamier grits, substitute milk or cream for all or part of the water.
